CASE STUDY: East Potomac Park Golf Course
THE NEED: A cost efficient tent to monetize an outdoor patio that was being unused
East Potomac Park Golf Course was in need of a tenting solution in order to maximize their outdoor picnic area in front of the clubhouse. The newly tented area would be used for fundraising events, corporate gatherings, picnics, weddings and more. The golf course needed a tent that was not only study, versatile, but also economical.
THE PROBLEM: No tent storage space on site and no tent set up expertise
The golf course did not have a shed or any storage area to keep the tent when not in use. Furthermore, the golf course needed a tenting partner that could provide proper installation and breakdown of the tent as needed.
THE SOLUTION: Purchase of a new tent and enter a long term storage and installation plan with ERDC
ERDC provided East Potomac Park Golf Course with a new 40×60 Frame Tent, complete with freight and installation as well as an event maintenance plan. During event season, ERDC brought out the 40×60 tent and installed it on the golf course as needed by the client. After the event season, ERDC broke down the tent and stored it in the warehouse until the next year.
